This class focuses on developing individual styles by offering a diverse range of handbuilding techniques. Students will expand on basic skills by learning how to use unusual forms and altering methods in both non-functional and functional work. The instructor will provide alternative approaches to glazing, which includes understanding underglazes and their uses. Students will be encouraged to explore colorful and painterly surfaces and experiment with different clay bodies. All levels will develop at their own pace in a supportive environment.
