information you need to know

meals

Children bring their own lunches and drinks, which must have the child’s name and group letter written on them. Lunches are refrigerated. RoCA provides a mid-afternoon ice cream or ice pop snack.

clothing

Campers should bring a swimsuit and towel daily. Individual storage is provided for backpacks. All clothing should have name labels. All campers will receive a complimentary camp t-shirt.

transportation

Parents must provide transportation to and from camp.

health forms and vaccinations

You will be sent a health form for each child in mid-April. Health forms must be returned to RoCA one week in advance of your child’s start date. All campers are required to have proof of two MMR vaccinations as mandated by the NY State Department of Health.

licensing

New York State requires our camp to be licensed by the Department of Health. Licensing includes on-site inspections. The Permit is displayed in the lobby at RoCA.
