2-week session
• $910 for 3-day session
• $1350 for 5-day session
$45 family membership at RoCA included in camp tuition fees.
deposit & payment information
deposit: $200 per child, per session
early drop off & late pick up
• early drop-off 8:30 – 9:30 am
• late pick-up 4:00 – 5:00 pm
• $10 per hour, per child – Enroll for either or both hours.

The camp deposit, less a $10 processing fee per child, is refundable before May 14, 2026. After that date, deposits for either session are non-refundable and non-transferable. Requests for a deposit refund must be sent by email, fax or letter postmarked no later than 5/14/26. Please identify the dates of the cancelled session(s).
Payments are due IN FULL one week before the camp session begins.

refund policy: Requests for refunds must be sent by letter, email or fax. Please identify the cancelled session(s). Refunds will be processed according to the date received. Please allow two to three weeks to process all refund requests.
