Rockland Center for the Arts (RoCA) will hold its Fall Gala on Friday, November 17. We will celebrate by honoring an illustrious slate of artists and administrators who have shaped RoCA: Kenneth Jay Linsner, Sarah and Stephen Thomas, Paula Madawick, Shawn Rawls, and Sam Waymon.
For 76 years, Rockland Center for the Arts (RoCA) has been your source for exceptional cultural programs, performances, fine arts exhibitions, and artistic instruction for all ages. As the largest multi-arts center in the Lower Hudson Valley, RoCA is dedicated to creating and presenting art through its School for the Arts, exhibitions, workshops, performing arts events, Summer Arts Day Camp, public programs, and free outreach to the community. RoCA offers scholarships to those in economic need and provide outreach programs as well as to those physically unable to visit RoCA. Our contemporary art exhibitions are always free of charge, with The Catherine Konner Sculpture Park open 7 days a week, dawn to dusk. In a constant effort to keep our programs accessible to everyone, we rely on individual contributions from art supporters like you.
