Mandala Workshop
Drop-in Art Workshop for all ages
with Tenley Marshall Escoffery

Mandalas are great tools for meditation and increasing self-awareness. Participants will color individual and collaborative mandalas to symbolize a state of mind that one would like to achieve. Mandalas represent this connection between our inner worlds and outer reality. People who color mandalas often experience a deep sense of calm and well-being. It’s a simple tool that doesn’t require any expertise, but it can be remarkably soothing and nourishing. Mandalas not only focus your attention but also allow you to express your creative side, which many of us neglect in our daily lives. Many different cultures around the world use mandalas in their spiritual practices.
