RoCA is pleased to offer an Early Enrollment Special
Register and pay in full by December 31, 2012 and get 2012 Camp Rates:
4 week session, $1020 for 3 day week / $1325 for 4 day week.
Sibling Discount - $50 for each additional child in the same family for 4 weeks, $75 for six weeks, $100 for eight weeks
Deposit and tuition information
Deposit: $100 per child for 4 weeks / $200 per child for 8 weeks
The camp deposit, less a $10 processing fee per child is refundable before March 15, 2013. After that date deposits for either session are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Requests for a refund must be sent by e-mail, fax or letter postmarked no later than 3/15/13 and identify the cancelled session(s).
Tuition for either session must be paid by May 1, 2013
After May 1, the reserved place will be relinquished and the deposit forfeited unless special arrangements have been made and agreed upon in advance with the Camp Director. In all cases, tuition must be paid in full in order for a child to be admitted to camp.
6-week program
We have added a six-week option. You must enroll in the full 4 weeks in Session 1 and select either the first or last 2 weeks of Session 2.
Refund policy
Requests for refunds must be sent in writing by letter, e-mail or fax, and identify the cancelled session(s). They will be processed according to the date received. Tuition is refundable per schedule below:
• Before March 15, Full tuition including deposit less $10
• 8 weeks or more before session: Full tuition less deposit
• 6-7 weeks before session: 80% of tuition less deposit
• 4-5 weeks before session: 60% of tuition less deposit
• 3 weeks before session: 30% of tuition less deposit
• 2-0 weeks before session: no refunds
Membership information
RoCA Family Membership is required to attend camp.
Family Membership ($45) covers a full year and offers many additional benefits during the year. If you are not currently a Family Member, you will be billed at the time your final tuition is due. Membership benefits are detailed on our website.
Extended Hours
Early drop-off: 8:30 – 9:30am
Late pick-up: 4:00 – 5:00pm
$7.50 per hour per child – Enroll for either or both hours
Campers will enjoy games and activities in RoCA’s air-conditioned Studios.
