SCULPTURE IN THE PARK
2004-2005
::

October 10th, 2004 - April 2005
Curator :: Eric David Laxman

The outdoor exhibition space at Rockland Center for the Arts allows for a unique opportunity to display a wide range of sculptural themes and materials in a variety of outdoor settings. With large open areas, natural paths through the woods and undulating hill areas close to the center, it is possible to see sculpture in relation to both the natural and man-made environment. Monumental large-scale pieces along with smaller more intimate sculptures interact with the landscape and other sculptures to create a continuously changing experience and visual dialogue.
