Affordable Art & Pottery Bazaar - Dec. 3 – Dec. 21, 2017

Have you wanted to attend the Affordable Art Fair in New York but didn’t care to travel to the city?  Now Rockland Center for the Arts is holding its own Affordable Art & Pottery Sale, just in time for Holiday gift giving.  What better place to experience this!

Items include:  Functional ceramics, original 2-D & 3-D art from known artists; ceramics; jewelry;  and a collection of ceramics from the estate of Rosemary Aiello, a beloved RoCA teacher.

So don’t travel to the city, come to RoCA and find a piece of unique art or pottery for a fabulous Christmas gift, your home, or for your collection.  This holiday give them something that will last and increase in value with time.  Jennie Chien's unique Spirit Houses are similar to the spirit tablet on Chinese family altars.  Part of the soul of a departed one resides in a dedicated Spirit House and can be asked for blessings or advice.  Loved ones are remembered and remain part of our daily lives.

Join us for this very special event/fundraiser at Rockland Center for the Arts, 27 South Greenbush Rd, West Nyack, NY. Dec. 3 – Dec. 21, open free to the public from 11 am – 4 pm.  All proceeds benefit RoCA’s exhibitions.

RoCA’s  Affordable Art & Pottery Bazaar is made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and the New York State Legislature.  This program is also made possible with funds from the Rockland County Legislature and Rockland County Tourism.
