- Portraits of Women as the Goddesses That Inspire Them.
The exhibit opens on Sunday January 11, 2004, with a

Goddess on Earth is filled
with powerful, life-affirming photographs depicting
women as the goddesses that give them strength. They
illustrate the sense of empowerment that women feel
throughout the world. Each woman featured chose the
Goddess that she felt most connected to. The goddesses
come from varying cultures of Tibet, Ireland, Iceland,
China, Brazil, and many others. The women represented
are culturally diverse and come from both public and
private sectors. They include writer Isabel Allende
and singer Suzzy Roche of the Roche Sisters.
