Cartooning (ages 6-9)
Make your cartoons come to life. Create exciting super heroes, action figures and story ideas for your own comic strip. You will learn from a pro how to draw dynamic facial expressions and figures-in-action sequences. Just bring your ideas and see how quickly you will develop your own unique style.

Introduction to Sculpture (ages 6-9)
From earliest times to present day, sculpture records experiences and events that happen in time. In this class, students will explore the sculptural processes involving the use of tools, materials, fabrication techniques and organization of forms in space. Students will look at sculpture through time and explore different mediums to create their own works of art.

Painting & Drawing (ages 6-10)
Students are introduced to a variety of art materials and techniques suited to their age and experience. Principles of color, line, form and composition will be taught. Creativity will be stressed in a relaxed informal atmosphere. Class content varies per instructor. Materials included.

Ceramics (ages 6-9)
Learn basic pottery techniques: handbuilding, glazing and decoration. This class focuses on individual instruction with emphasis on developing the child's creative imagination. Slab, coil and pinch-pot projects will be among the techniques explored. Materials and firing fees included.
