Puppetry (ages 5-7)
Learn to create imaginative and personalized puppets using a variety of methods and materials. Students will learn practical 3-D construction in this fun and exploratory class. Projects may include finger and shadow puppets, sock dolls and more.

Clay Creations (ages 5-7)
Students will be introduced to basic clay techniques through imaginative projects with an emphasis on texture. Students will use found objects, hand made stamps and natural materials to use for texture and pattern. Tiles and small vessels will be explored. Emphasis is placed on observing textures in nature and collecting materials (leaves, pinecones, etc...) for their classroom projects. Each student will be encouraged to have a "special box" for their found objects to develop an awareness of constantly collecting for their projects.
